Set Acquired date when creating a new item
If you select this option when you create a new item, the software automatically set its Acquired date to the current date.
Use Personal Id as a progressive unique number.
If you select this option when you create a new item the personal id will be initialized to a progressive number (the first item 1, second 2…)
When Adding a new Item in Wishlist do not set Date Acquired and Location.
If you select this option when you create a new item directly in the Wishlist the application will not set the default values of Date Acquired and Location.
Items Defaults
With this option you can setup all the values that will be assigned to an item upon it’s creation.
If you selected one of the standard fields on the item (suggested by the combo box) when an item it’s created they’ll be set to to proper value automatically.
If you specify non standard values they will be created as Additional Data.
