Of course you can insert all the info manually, but we’re lazy… let’s load them from the internet.
- write some information that could identify the item you want to insert.
For example title: Lord of Rings; Director: jackson
- press the autocomplete button

Autocomplete item info

hen the info is ready, a sheet will appear. You’ll be able to select the correct item and save its info.

Autocomplete item info

You can see that info has been loaded from Amazon US; but, I’ve got a region 2 DVD so this information isn’t correct. I want to load the information from Amazon UK.
- click on the pop up button (where you see "Amazon (US)"
- select the correct autocomplete plug-in and press the search button

Autocomplete item info

When you find the correct data for your item, you’ll probably want to save them..
- You should check the box "Replace existing fields". Fields with existing information are not overwritten unless "Replace Existing Fields" is checked.
- Press Save

Save item info

Now, we have all of the information about the items loaded.

- Right click on the header of item’s table
- a Menu will pop up. Click on all the items you want to see in column.
For example: Duration, Director, Last Seen

Change Item's column

It’s possible also to reorder columns.
Here you can find a movie that shows inserting, reordering, and removing columns for item’s table

Create a Smart List that will automatically load its content

A Smart List (like an iTunes one) is a list that will automatically update its content using the rule you specify.
